Abstract
This clinical report is to describe the surgical and prosthetic procedures of PFM-bridges with osseointegrated implant system.
The success of implant prosthesis is dependent upon that of the implant osseointegration and prosthetic superstructure under the reasonable treatment plan.
@ES To begin with, successful osseointegration is important and it's offending factors are:
1. Implant oxide layer contamination.
2. Heat due to poor temperature control during drilling procedure.
3. Application of unnecessary load during first month(initial haling period).
@ES And second, good superstructure is concern with
@EN 1. The exact understanding of occlusal concepts.
2. The exact impression taking and reasonable occlusal reconstruction.
We practiced fixed bridges with implant system on upper and lower free end saddle cases and had a successful results in the point of the masticatory function, periodontologic and radiographic view and esthetics.
